BRIXX Gym is an independent, fully air conditioned, purpose-built facility in Brigg, North Lincolnshire. BRIXX is an inclusive space for the community which is designed to promote fitness and wellbeing regardless of age, gender, or ability. Leave your ego at the door and enjoy working towards your personal goals.


BRIXX has a wide range of free weights, pin loaded machines, plate loaded machines, and functional fitness kit. There is a cardio and stretching area set on the mezzanine level. If group exercise is your preference, BRIXX has a range of classes which is included in the monthly membership price.

BRIXX benefits from knowledgeable personal trainers with a range of specialisms, and online coaches if you want training and guidance.

The BRIXX App is available for those who wish to book classes, manage their membership, or book a slot with one of our Personal Trainers/Online Coaches.

BRIXX benefits from over 45 pieces of kit which has been hand selected by the owners. PRIMAL is the main supplier, but there is NAUTILUS, FORCE, TRUE, and TECHNOGYM equipment. Whether you enjoy weightlifting, cardio, or functional fitness, we have something for you.

COMMUNITY

BRIXX aims to create a culture of inclusion and wellbeing. We have personal trainers on site who provide specialist advice in numerous areas including bodybuilding, post natal exercise, nutrition, stretching, and fat loss. Personal trainers will be on the gym floor to offer advice and input where you may be struggling with a certain technique. We will offer gym classes for group exercise, where our respectful instructors will work with you to push you towards your personal goals. Once you have finished your session, you may wish to grab a bite to eat, we benefit from being situated next to one of the most popular cafés in Brigg – call in to Harrison’s Hideaway for an Avocado Smash or one of Harrison’s Breakfasts!

COFFEE

BRIXX recognises the need for an espresso hit before a big training session or a cool down decaf coffee! We work with independent coffee bean suppliers to bring a unique twist to your morning coffee – whether you want to sit in and enjoy it in the ‘BRIXX BAR’ or take it with you, we promise it will warm you up on the colder mornings! If caffeine isn’t your thing, we have a range of protein shakes and smoothies to have in or take away.
